If you have ever built a website you know that there are two components you need in order to have your website “live” on the Internet.

1. Domain Name
2. Hosting

THERE is two ways to build your site and:

 

THE First ONE:

 

If you search the Internet for “Free Hosting” will find website that offer 100% free website hosting. The question is how can they afford to offer free hosting or better yet why would someone offer free hosting?

Because it is extremely profitable!

When you create a free hosting website you are doing it with the intentions of making money from your service. This is where becoming an affiliate of a hosting company is going to create you a nice steady income stream.

You offer a free hosting service and you have hundreds of new users per day coming to your website to user your service but it’s free. You will make money by up selling a paid hosting service through your affiliate link.

This all may seem over whelming right now but this is actually a very simple system to set up. Remember this is just an overview of the system and detailed instructions are to follow.

CHAPTER 1: SERVER

In this chapter you will learn the necessary steps to take to get your server up and running. A server is what stores a websites information and transfers it to the Internet to be viewed. Without servers there would not be any websites on the Internet.

1. You will need what is called a Dedicated Server.

A dedicated server means that only your website or the websites you allow to be on the server will be hosted there. It allows you to have a massive amount of space which enables you to offer free website hosting.

Softlayer offers high end high quality servers and the price is 159.00 U.S dollars per month. The capability of this server will allow you to run your free hosting company without worry.

You can have approximately 16,000 free websites hosted on this server before it reaches full capacity. The odds are you will never have that many websites hosted on your server at one time. The most I have ever had was about 12,000 and I had tons of space le

The default specs just as they are in that URL will work for what you need. Make sure you do not check “Control Panel” when you are ordering because you will be using an different control panel.

{ Make sure you select the option to have the company set up the dedicated server for you unless you are familiar with doing this. }

You also have the option of using a lower end server that will allow you to host about 5000 websites maximum.

I don’t recommended you use the server I am going to mention because it can be a pain to upgrade to a new server as your free hosting company grows. But if you are on a budget the server below is an option for you.

Company: www.hivelocity.net

A lower end dedicated server from Hivelocity will cost you about 80.00 U.S dollars per month plus a one time 99.00 U.S dollar set up fee. When I say lower end I don’t mean that this is a garbage cheap server. It just means that it is not capable of handling as many websites and the time it takes a website to load may be slower.

 

You may see several packages ranging from 65.00 U.S dollars to 79.00 U.S dollars. Any of these packages will work just make sure you add more memory to the package. (again no this is not an affiliate link but I wish it were)

The screen shot below is what your dedicated server setup should look like. This was the 65.00 U.S dollar package with upgraded memory.

You can use a dedicated server from any company you would like but make sure to do a thorough background check on the company before making your decision. There is nothing worse than offering a free hosting service to thousands of customers and your server crashes.

Also make sure if you choose a different server that it is running the CentOS operating system.

CHAPTER TWO: DOMAIN NAME

The next decision you will need to make will be to choose a domain name. A domain name is what you type in your Internet address bar to get to a particular website. For Instance www.gurucreation.com is the domain name of this website.

I recommended you choose a domain name that is easy to remember and one that relates to the niche of your website. In this case your website is going to be a free hosting website. So any domain with the words host in it should work well.

I purchase all of my domain names through www.godaddy.com and you can often find discount coupons if you search Google for “Godaddy Coupons”.

If you have never purchased a domain name before the process is very simple. Simply visit Godaddy and on the home page you will see a search box labeled “Domain Name Search” just like the image below.

All you have to do is input your desired domain name and if it is available you will be able to purchase it. If the domain name is not available Godaddy will tell you so and give you several other choices that are similar. You can choose one of those or enter a totally new domain and see if that one is available.

CHAPTER 3: FREE HOSTING SCRIPT

By this point you have your sever and domain name are ready to get the script that is going to power your free hosting website.

You will be using a script by Layered Panel which is going to make managing your free hosting website much easier. Layered Panel will actually install the script for you so you don’t have to do anything to get your hosting website up and running.

There is many ways to make money from your website:

1- first way is the google adsense
