Reinstallation of Picture Editor
If you install Microsoft Office 2003 or Office 2007 on your computer, then setup program will remove all the standard elements of Office XP and one of them is Microsoft Photo Editor Program. You can reinstall Photo Editor from the following steps:

STEP 1.You has to insert the Microsoft Office XP CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.
STEP 2.If the Office XP Setup program does not start automatically, follow these steps:
(a) Click Start and then click on Run.
(b) In the Open box, type drive: \Setup.exe, where drive is the letter of your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.
STEP 3.Start to step through the Setup process, and then select Customize for the type of Setup to perform.
STEP 4.When you reach the Selecting Features step, set each node of the Setup tree to Not Available.
STEP 5.Under Features to install, expand Office Tools.
STEP 6.Click Microsoft Photo Editor, and then click Run from My Computer.
STEP 7.Click the option Install Now.
STEP 8.Click on OK when Office XP Setup has completed successfully.
